This may be because you have Integration Services installed, but not client tools. If that's the case the command line utilities will be fine.

Hey James,

Great blog - have a bit of a SSIS noob question for you if you have a moment?

I've created a new package in BIDS and tested in in my DEV environment. I created a Deployment as per MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms137900.aspx). But when I copied on to the TEST env and double clicked the manifest I got an error from the Package Wizard saying "...Wizard required Integration Services to be installed".

Long story short - do I need to install it or can I used dtutil and SQL Agent instead?

Cheers
